We are proud to share with you our latest news from the Orange High Speed Network Competition 2013. We have been awarded a €20,000 prize for our innovative mobile interactive touchscreen technology Touchalize.
The first app to catch our eye is Touchalize, which soups up video such as this fashion show. You can change the color of the dress, even as the model struts her stuff, and then buy it, straight from the app.
Touchalize™, the new innovative technology from mobile software development pioneer, Phonitive, will be on show for the first time at the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (25-28 Feb) at Stand 8.1C51 in App Planet. The technology has been selected as a finalist in the Barca Starta Competition, winner to be announced on 26 February following presentations at the event.

Phonitive, another mobile startup, was one of the finalists at LeWeb in December 2012. It has raised €400,000 ($534,000) in first-round angel investment from Toulouse-based Capitole Angels and DP Invest which will be used to develop and commercialize its video personalization tool Touchalize.

The finalists for our Barca Starta competition, taking place in Barcelona on 26 February, have been selected. We were aiming to whittle down almost 50 entries to 20 finalists. In the event, we got down to 27 before deciding we could not decide further between them, so the judges’ task in choosing the winner will be even more difficult than we envisaged.
French mobile software development startup, Phonitive — one of 16 finalists in the LeWeb startup competition last month — has raised a €400,000 ($534,000) first round angel investment from Toulouse-based seed investors, Capitole Angels and DP Invest.
Recently chosen to be a semi-finalist at LeWeb’12 Paris, Touchalize works on smartphone, tablet, computer and connected TV to make videos touch-enabled and interactive. Viewers of such videos can then view the content, touch and change any object, and then continue viewing.
